Government posit shops and pharmacies in public auction in 3 new cities

A wide segment of citizens is interested in the real estate sector, so Assiut Governorate announced offering units and shops for sale in Assiut Governorate.

Engineer Jihan Ammar, head of the New Assiut City Authority, confirmed that units were put up for sale in two auction sessions, on Monday 16/1/2023 and Tuesday 17/1/2023, and they are:

• 14 shops and pharmacies with areas ranging from (18 square meters: 101 square meters).

• Offering 5 administrative and professional units with areas ranging from (33 m2: 35 m2) in the commercial markets in the different regions of the city.

• Offering a bakery with a built-up area of (120 square meters) built on a land area of (947 square meters) in the southeastern expansion area (social housing buildings) in the city.

• 7 commercial and pharmacy stores, with areas ranging from (19 m2: 40 m2) in the 8-store market in the Second District Services Center, and 10 administrative and professional units (33 m2: 67 m2) in different areas in the new city of Sohag, for sale by public auction on Monday 9/1/2023.

• 6 commercial stores with areas ranging from (33 sqm: 100 sqm) were put up in the commercial market in the service area, north of the new city of Akhmim, for sale by public auction on Tuesday 10/1/2023.

This offering comes within the framework of providing various services to the residents of the new cities, and the brochure of conditions and specifications has been made available to shops, pharmacies, units and the bakery at the headquarters of the agencies of the cities of New Assiut, New Sohag and New Akhmim, for citizens wishing to enter the auctions.
