A large number of citizens applying to reserve social housing apartments for 2023 are interested in Announcement No. 18 to inquire about all the conditions and details related to the new offering of housing units in terms of prices and unit areas. 

Conditions for obtaining housing apartments 2023:

- The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality.

The age of the applicant ranges between 21 and 50 years.

- The value of the monthly income of the applicant to reserve social housing apartments in the 18th advertisement does not exceed 6,000 pounds for a single person and 8,000 pounds for a married person.

- The applicant for reserving social housing apartments in the 18th advertisement must not apply for more than one housing unit in the same advertisement.

- The applicant for the reservation of social housing apartments in the 18th advertisement must pay the required reservation deposit.

- It is necessary to have evidence proving your residence in the governorate that provides the housing unit you wish to apply for, or to have a job in this governorate.

- Not allocating a housing unit or residential plot of land to the applicant or his family in new cities or governorates.

Prices of social housing apartments

The Social Housing Fund explained, in a previous statement, that the date for offering social housing apartments for advertisement No. 18 for low-income people will be in the last quarter of 2023, or at the beginning of the new year, and the offering is scheduled to include areas ranging between 75 and 90 square meters.

Regarding the prices of social housing apartments in the 18th announcement, the Social Housing Fund explained that the prices of social housing apartments range between 245,000 and 360,000 pounds. These units are offered through the real estate financing system in installments in light of the conditions set by the Ministry of Housing.

Social housing apartments for low-income people 2023

It was decided to open reservations for social housing apartments 2023 for the 18th advertisement for low-income groups.

 According to expectations, social housing apartments 2023, the 18th advertisement, may be offered with apartments with an area starting from 75 square meters and a down payment of 15 thousand pounds per unit. 

Social housing apartments in 2023 with an area of 90 square meters will also be offered with a down payment. 22 thousand pounds, with 10% to be paid upon receipt, and the remaining 90% of the apartment price to be paid in installments using the real estate financing system in installments over a maximum of 30 years.
