Emirati businessman Ali Al Khaja is pumping new investments into Egypt in real estate development
The Emirati businessman and lawyer, Ali Al Khaja, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ali Al Khaja Holding Group of Companies, revealed that during the next phase he will pump new investments into the Egyptian market, and that these investments will include many fields, most notably real estate development and electronic services.
He said in press statements that his new investments will be implemented through a group of projects, a number of which will be completed in cooperation with large Emirati investment companies, and also with Egyptian economic entities that have weight in the Egyptian market, such as Al-Nasr Housing and Development Company, affiliated with the business sector.

Ali Al Khaja explained that the Egyptian market enjoys many advantages that encourage many investors from the Emirates to enter into new investments. He attributed this to many reasons, most notably the resources that Egypt abounds with, and also to the great success achieved by the economic reform program, and what it enjoys. It brings stability, security and safety to Egypt, and the facilities provided by the Egyptian state to encourage investors and the private sector, and remove all obstacles facing investment and investors.
He added: “The last of these advantages was the availability of the golden license to approve new projects, and the associated benefits and incentives to attract investors, and linking this to achieving sustainable development, in accordance with the state’s economic development plan, and also what the Egyptian government is doing, headed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, In presenting projects, uncovering available investment opportunities, providing investment incentives, and supporting facilitating procedures to encourage serious and new investments.”

He pointed out that the value of Emirati investments in Egypt has recorded a significant and noticeable increase recently, and that the United Arab Emirates ranks first in the Arab world in terms of investments in Egypt, and that these investments are constantly increasing. He added: “The majority of these investments were made in serious projects.” It achieves real and direct returns on the Egyptian market and creates real job opportunities in the sectors of tourism, education, urbanization, logistics services, food industries, aviation, pharmaceutical industries, transportation, and clean and renewable energy.”

He also founded the Ali Al Khaja Services Company, which specializes in legal services, and is based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He is also the founder of the Ali Al Khaja Law Firm and Legal Consultations, which was placed by the Nafs Initiative in Dubai in fourth place among the top 100 law firms in the United Arab Emirates. .
He headed his investments to Egypt, where he founded Ali Al Khaja Real Estate Development Company, which began its journey in cooperation with Al Nasr Housing and Development Company, affiliated with the Egyptian Ministry of Business Sector.
