15 Duties of the Director General Administration of Statistics and Reports
Submitting proposals regarding procedures, special work systems, human, training and financial resources needs, and necessary administrative requirements.
The Ministry of Local Development has set the requirements for applying for the post of Director General of the General Administration of Statistics, Reports and Electronic Publishing within the Ministry's office. Submissions are open until February 8th.
Among the duties and powers of the required job:
1. Participate in setting the annual plan for the department in line with the ministry's strategy
2. Meeting with subordinates regularly.
3. Determine the operational goals, operational programs and performance rates to be achieved during the next year.
4. Follow-up and evaluation of the work of management and employees and ensure their completion in accordance with the agreed operational programs
5. Taking into account efficiency and effectiveness to ensure compliance with the regulations, and policies approved by the Ministry.
6. Submitting proposals regarding procedures, special work systems, human, training and financial resources needs, and necessary administrative requirements
7. Execute the various works and activities of the administration and ensure the optimal use of those resources.
8. Work to collect data and information on all the Ministry's activities and work and prepare them for digital form
9. Archiving and recording data electronically, reviewing it and ensuring its validity and accuracy
10. Supervising the process of scientific analysis of the content of electronic documents in all its forms
11. Making summaries, forms, graphs and presentations that make it easier to benefit from them
12. Providing the decision-maker in the ministry with the required reports
13. Extracting and presenting technical reports from the electronic system of the Ministry
14. Commitment to controls related to data and information
15. Displaying information according to the controls and degrees of permission on the Ministry's website with periodic updating.
