The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities announced the opening of the Technology Center to serve citizens and investors in the New Administrative Capital.

Work is currently underway to establish 5 technology centers in 5 new cities, in order to implement the country's digital transformation plan.

Services provided by the technology center to serve citizens and investors located in the New Administrative Capital.

Services provided by the technology center:

1. Request to approve an industrial lease contract. 

2. A request to re-determine the land (fences of less than 1 acre).

3. A request to re-determine the land (fences of less than 2:5 acres).

4. Request to reserve a cemetery.

5. Request to annex plots of land.

6. Requesting a permit to open an additional door or window. 

7. Request for extracting a visual and audio broadcast.

8. Request to reserve a cemetery.

It is indicated that, the Administrative Capital Authority will be the 28th device in terms of providing services to citizens through technology centers, and 5 technology centers are currently being established in 5 new cities, in light of the state's approach to digital transformation.

In related context, Since the start of providing services through the technology centers, 4.4 million citizens' transactions have been dealt with, and the number of services provided on the authority's electronic portal is 40 services.
