President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that the world is facing, along with Egypt, successive crises on the economic level, the beginning of which was the effects left by the spread of the Corona pandemic.

Successive economic crises

President El-Sisi added, during his speech today, Thursday, at the inauguration of the new city and university of Mansoura, that the world did not recover from Corona unless the Ukrainian-Russian war came, which nearly a year passed since its outbreak, and affected the global economy with effects that Egypt was not far from.

President El-Sisi stressed that Egypt faced with confident steps and escaped the effects on citizens with a package of social measures, pointing out that in parallel with these measures, economic measures are being implemented at the state level to attract investments.

5 million jobs

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that the government development projects being implemented aim to provide job opportunities for nearly 5 million Egyptian citizens, denying the connection of the private sector to providing this volume of opportunities for young people.

President El-Sisi stressed that the size of companies operating in the Egyptian state on specific projects, excluding private sector companies, has a major role in providing job opportunities to nearly 5 million Egyptian families.

In his speech at the inauguration of the first phase of the new city of Mansoura, the President pointed out that no less than 5,000 companies provide opportunities and lives for millions of families.

 Implementation of urban cities

In the same context, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi stated that the state is seeking to build desalination plants in all coastal cities, stressing that the new cities have developed a comprehensive vision to protect the beaches.

During the inauguration of the first phase of the new city of Mansoura, El-Sisi pointed out that the implementation of urban cities is carried out according to a comprehensive vision, explaining that the random construction in the previous period came as a result of the absence of the role of state agencies, adding: Walk on the ring road and see the buildings. It is impossible to imagine that anyone lives in them.

President El-Sisi continued: We had two paths to protect the beaches. The first is to make a water barrier, and the second is to do something that achieves a set of goals all at once, and that was our choice.
