The government announced the state's intention to offer shares of about 32 companies on the Stock Exchange.
The government stated that the offering is over a full year, starting from the current quarter of 2023, until the end of the first quarter of 2024.
The offering will be public through the stock exchange, to a strategic investor, or both.

5. Victory for Housing and Development
6. Maadi for Development and Reconstruction
7. The Future Company for Urban Development
8. Misr for Armed Cement Works.
9. Helwan Fertilizers Company
10. The National Petroleum Products Company
11. The Egyptian Company for the Production of Propylene and Polypropylene
12. Victory Mining
13. The Egyptian Company for the Production of Ethylene and Derivatives (ETHYDCO)
14. Drilling Petroleum Company
15. The Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene Production Company (ELAP)
16. Sinai Manganese.
