In this regard, the Public Authority for Health Care opened two promotional outlets for the Authority's medical tourism project (We will take care of you in Egypt), in addition to the Authority's two promotional outlets at Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport and in the Green Zone of the Climate Conference "COP27".
Headed by Dr. Ahmed El Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, Assistant Minister of Health and Population and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, he referred in his statements to the opening of the promotional outlets of the Authority in Naama Bay, Soho Square and in the Green Zone on the sidelines of the activities of the United Nations Conference on Climate Change "COP27", which is hosted by Egypt. in Sharm El-Sheikh from the 6th to the 18th of November.
Free services for all tourists
He explained that the promotional outlets will provide free services to all tourists and expatriates for entertainment in Naama Bay and Soho Square, including full medical examinations, weight and body mass measurement, as well as a personal carbon footprint service.
Providing medical and treatment services to foreign delegations
He said that the promotional outlets come in line with the Authority's policy to enhance medical and treatment services for foreign delegations in Sharm El-Sheikh, and to promote the Authority's medical tourism project (We take care of you in Egypt), and at the same time contribute to enhancing awareness about the goals of the climate conference, and raising awareness of the presidential initiative to spread environmental awareness (Bring for green).
Promotion of medical and treatment services
He added that the promotional outlets contribute to promoting the distinguished medical and treatment services of the Health Care Authority and its affiliated health facilities in South Sinai Governorate, specifically in Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital, the first hospital in Egypt to obtain an international recognition certificate from the Global Green Hospital Network (GGHH), in addition to To promote the hospitals of Ras Sidr, St. Catherine, and Taba affiliated to the Authority in South Sinai.
Al-Sobky continued, that the promotional outlets met with great demand from the hesitant tourists, who praised the free services that are provided through the promotional outlets, pointing out that the promotional outlets represent a great and distinct addition to the promotion of the Medical Tourism Care Authority project (We take care of you in Egypt), and to enhance Egypt's leadership in The field of medical tourism globally.
