The Palestinian Presidency: We need a unified Arab vote to confront Israel
City of Jenin

An emergency meeting of the Arab League Council is being held to discuss ways to confront the Israeli aggression on the Palestinian city of Jenin, according to what was reported by Channel One.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the death toll in the city of Jenin, as a result of the continuous Israeli aggression on the city and its camp since dawn yesterday, has risen to 10, and 100 injured, including 20 in serious condition.

Tonight, the Israeli occupation forced hundreds of Palestinians from Jenin camp to leave, under the threat of bombing their homes.

Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces forced hundreds of citizens to evacuate their homes, in the area near the Al-Hussan roundabout, after they demanded through loudspeakers to evacuate the homes, stressing that the families resorted to the hospital yards and the Jenin municipal hall.

Stop all contacts

On Monday, the office of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas announced in a statement, “The Palestinian president decided to stop all contacts and meetings with the Israeli side, and to continue to stop security coordination,” in response to the massive Israeli military operation on the city of Jenin in the West Bank.

The Palestinian president has previously temporarily suspended security coordination with Israel several times, in conjunction with previous waves of violence.

True face of Israel and America

Nabil Abu Rudeineh, the official spokesman for the Palestinian Presidency, commented on the Israeli attacks targeting the Jenin camp, saying: "This is the true face of Israel and America. Israel is an aggressor state that carries out daily war crimes and carries out ethnic cleansing and killing citizens with American protection”.

American administration

He added, it is shameful that the American administration issued a statement saying that Israel has a popular right. We are talking about a colonial state that supports this extreme right-wing fascist government, and the world should know fully, and specifically the Arab world, that America divided the Arab world, fragmented it, burned it, and did what is called the ominous spring.

He continued: "The Arab world must fully understand that we are facing global colonial powers in international silence, and the Palestinian and Arab decisions are not implemented, and the Arab voice must be unified towards the American administration, as it is the only party capable of curbing Israel, as it provides it with arms, money and protection."

The Arab world must have a clear voice. We only want the American administration to hear that the Arab world is all one voice saying to it enough and stopping Israel from its aggression, and without that, the Arab region will remain burning as long as Jerusalem is occupied, and there will be no solutions in the region.
