Heinous massacres
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that Israeli aircraft and artillery bombed several areas from the north to the south of the Gaza Strip, including the Nuseirat refugee camp, noting that a night raid resulted in the death of 18 people.
Yesterday, Saturday, the spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Ashraf Al-Qudra, accused the Israeli forces of committing several heinous massacres this week that resulted in the deaths of dozens of martyrs in the Jabalia camp, the Tal al-Zaatar area, and in the town of Jabalia.
Dozens of bodies
Al-Qudra pointed out that the Israeli army executed dozens of citizens in the streets in front of their families, adding: “Dozens of bodies were recovered.”
The Civil Defense in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip, announced that dozens of decomposing bodies had been recovered from the streets.

For his part, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, said today, Sunday, December 24, 2023, that the Gaza war defies logic and humanity and paves the way for a future full of hatred.
In his statements, Grande stressed that the ceasefire in Gaza is the only way forward, according to what was reported by Al Arabiya satellite channel.
Do not advance around the prisoners
In another context, Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper quoted informed Israeli sources as saying that the prisoner exchange talks between Hamas and Tel Aviv have not achieved any progress so far, adding that the movement’s leader, Yahya Sinwar, does not care about the deal because he has no interest in completing it, according to them.
The sources added that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on US President Joe Biden, during a phone call, to put more pressure on the mediators to complete the deal.
Huge losses
The Israeli newspaper reported that Hamas is capable of withstanding military operations, and that the Israeli army is inflicting heavy losses on a daily basis.
Netanyahu had assured Biden that Israel would continue its war on the Gaza Strip until all goals were achieved, as he put it.
According to a statement issued by Netanyahu's office, the Israeli Prime Minister expressed to Biden his appreciation for Washington's position towards Israel at the United Nations.
