Abdel Hamid said, in media statements yesterday, that Eng. She continued: “That is, we were offering 13,000 units in New Cairo or west of the airport, but whoever offers 95,000 units in New October, here priority will be given to families who depend on children and younger families, who are above 13,000. And she added, "We will announce the new conditions, but it will remain in a new pricing for the units, and we are trying to treat the price jumps in real estate by increasing cash support and the increase in real estate financing interest from banks by 24%.
