Full details about the sale of 180 Saudi properties in 14 auctions

"Infath" Center launches 14 auctions for the sale of real estate assets in Saudi Arabia, which include more than 180 properties, between November 20 and November 24.

The Attribution and Liquidation Center "Infth" is an independent governmental center, and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program within the Kingdom's Vision 2030; As it works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically specialized establishments from the private sector, and to supervise the liquidation of assets from real estate, movables, or legacies assigned to it by the judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals, in a way that contributes to accelerating the fulfillment of rights and achieving the satisfaction of beneficiaries.

In this regard, the Assignment and Liquidation Center "Infaz" announced the holding of 14 public auctions, varying between physical and electronic auctions  For the sale of more than 180 properties in various regions of the Kingdom, between the 20th and 24th of November of this year.

“Artal” auction displays 7 real estate
The properties vary between commercial, residential, agricultural lands, villas, buildings, rest houses, and buildings. The auctions start with the online auction of Al Madinah, which displays 7 properties in Madinah, then the “Nebras Al Qassim” auction, which displays 18 properties in the” Qassim” region.

And it will be displayed in the “Jeddah Azahar” online auction to display 18 real estate properties in the “Jeddah” governorate, and then the “Jawhara Arar” auction to display 42 real estate properties in the city of "Arar".
