The Urban Communities Authority allocates 62 plots of land in 20 new cities to establish integrated urban projects

The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority approved, in its meeting chaired by Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, On the allocation of 62 plots of land in 20 new cities, to establish projects with a variety of activities.
It is including (integrated urbanization - mixed urbanization - schools - nurseries - social clubs - hospital - bakery - post office, medical, commercial, administrative, residential and industrial activities)
Dr. Assem El-Gazzar: In the city of New Cairo, 5 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (integrated urban – administrative commercial – schools).
1- In the 6th of October City, 5 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (mixed urban – administrative commercial – medical – service station and car supply).
2- In the Tenth of Ramadan City, a plot of land has been allocated, with industrial activity.
3- In Sheikh Zayed City, 4 plots have been allocated Lands, with activities (commercial, administrative, medical).
4- In Sadat City, two plots of land have been allocated, with activities (commercial, administrative and industrial).
5- Dr. Assem El-Gazzar explained that in the New October City, 4 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (commercial - industrial).
6- In the New Mansoura City, a plot of land has been allocated, with medical activity.
7- In the New Nubaria City, a plot of land has been allocated, with commercial activity.
8- In the new city of Fayoum, two plots of land have been allocated, with activities (commercial-residential - mixed urban).
9- In the new city of Sohag, 7 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (integrated urban-commercial-administrative-residential-medical-social club-car service center).
10- In the new city of Assiut, 6 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (residential, commercial, administrative, bakery).
11- In the new city of Aswan, a plot of land has been allocated, with activity (residential, commercial, administrative).
12- In the new city of Akhmim, a piece of land has been allocated, with the activity of a service station car catering.
13- In the new city of Obour, a plot of land has been allocated for a post office activity.
14- in the new city of Qena, two plots of land have been allocated for a (mixed urban) activity.
