350000 pounds.. All detail about “Housing for All Egyptians 5”

The Urban Communities Authority intends to offer more than 120,000 housing units within the framework of the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” project, with an installment system over 20 years. 

Currently, contracting companies are implementing housing units according to the specific implementation schedule, in addition to completing the implementation of housing units for the stages prior to the initiative.

New offering of housing units

It is expected that housing units for all 5 Egyptians will be offered in the last quarter of this year, and coordination is currently underway between the New Urban Communities Authority and the Social Housing Fund. To determine the final details of the new offering of housing units within the framework of a housing project for all Egyptians 5.

After determining the final mechanisms for offering housing units for all Egyptians 5, it is likely that these units will be available to those who have applied for housing units for all Egyptians 4 and have not withdrawn the reservation advances.

It is expected that there will be about 120,000 units required at this stage, in addition to priorities, based on the total number of applicants for housing units for all Egyptians 4, which reached about 185,000 citizens.

Several cities

It is planned that the proposals of the units will include housing for "all Egyptians 5" in several cities, including New October City, 15th of May, Badr, New Obour, Burj Al Arab, Hadayek Al-Asimah, New Sohag, and New Assiut. It is expected that Greater Cairo will be the region that will witness the largest share of housing units' proposals.

Unit prices

The unit prices are expected to range between 350 thousand pounds and 430 thousand pounds, the units will be available with payment options up to 20 years, and the repayment period will depend on the age of the applicant.

In addition, the Authority, in cooperation with the Fund, is studying the availability of a range of residential models with areas ranging from 75 to 90 square meters to meet the needs of customers.

These units will be delivered within 18 months from the date of allocation, and it is possible that some units will be allocated in a shorter period of time due to being units ready for implementation.

Categories eligible for housing apartments for all Egyptians 5

1- Making the units available to those who applied for housing units for all Egyptians 4 and did not withdraw the reservation advances.

2- The priority of allocating to applicants for housing units in the fourth phase of this initiative.

3- The priority of allocation is for the categories whose percentage is determined according to the law.

4- The availability of the remaining units for those who have not previously acquired a housing unit, provided that the project requirements are met.
