In 10 minutes... Reservation of all housing units in the Third Settlement
In an unexpected step, the citizens made reservations for all housing units in the Third Settlement within 10 minutes, as soon as the reservation door was opened.

Offering an economic housing financing account at the Ministry of Housing (14) housing units, and the remaining ones in the Nozha project in the third assembly (Al Mostakbal area 3) in New Cairo, where the reservation door for economic housing units will be opened within a few days.
The allocation of economic housing units will take place according to the “online” reservation system, through the Housing and Development Bank’s online reservation website, on October 30, according to the New Urban Communities Authority’s website.
While the citizens were eagerly awaiting the opening of the registration door, the Economic Housing Finance Account affiliated to the Ministry of Housing was announced. The door for electronic reservation of 14 housing units in the Nozha project of the Third Settlement (Al-Mustaqbal 3) in New Cairo was opened today, Sunday morning.
The electronic reservation witnessed a great turnout from citizens for the reservation, as the electronic reservation of the offered apartments ended within only the first 10 minutes of opening the electronic reservation door.
Units spaces
14 housing units were offered in the Nozha project, the Third Settlement, in New Cairo, to obtain residential units with a semi-finished system, and the areas of the apartments range between 112 and 120 square meters.
The application for the apartments of the Nozha project, the Third Settlement (Al-Mustaqbal 3) in the city of New Cairo began two weeks ago, and 100,000 serious reservation payments were made, in addition to 500 pounds as administrative expenses, through a transfer to the Housing and Development Bank.
Residential unit prices
The prices of residential units in the last offering were 390 thousand for the 112 m apartment on the ground floor, while the 112 m apartment on the repeated floor amounted to 420 thousand, and the 120 m apartment on the repeated floor recorded 450 thousand pounds, and for the last floor 420 thousand pounds.
The Urban Communities Authority website indicated that all details of the offering terms, reservation method, locations, areas, prices, and payment method are available on the online booking website, as of Sunday, October 30, 2022.
