Countries that can be traveled to with the Egyptian Passport only, some countries of the continent of Africa.
The Egyptian passport allows you to go to many countries around the world without a visa, or to obtain a free visa, or visa upon arrival, or electronically.
There are some countries that require obtaining a travel visa from their embassy and consulate before traveling to them.
Egyptian citizens obtain free visas upon arrival to 56 countries and territories around the world for holders of ordinary Egyptian passports, of which 28 countries do not require obtaining any visas before traveling to them.
Countries that can be traveled to with the Egyptian Passport only, some countries of the continent of Africa and them:
1. “Free visa”
• Ghana: 14-day visa for travelers with an invitation from a government organization, for commercial trips, a visa is obtained for 150 USD
• South Africa: A visa is required, but it's free for Egyptians
• Guinea Bissau: 3 months visa free
2. “without visa”
Ethiopia: Without a business visa, a travel visa must be obtained from the Ethiopian Embassy in Cairo
• Mauritius: without a visa
• Seychelles: without a visa for three months
• Sudan without a visa for any period
3. Visa on arrival
• Zimbabwe: A tourist visa is obtained upon arrival for a period of 3 months, or a commercial visa upon arrival for a period of one month, for between 30 and 55 US dollars.
• Djibouti: Obtaining a visa on arrival for a period of one month, for 5,000 Djiboutian francs
• Mozambique: 30-day visa on arrival for $82
• Cape Verde: Visa on arrival
• Comoros: Free visa upon arrival at the airport for 24 hours, provided that a full visa is obtained for a fee from the passport office in Moroni
• Madagascar: A 90-day visa is obtained upon arrival for 140,000 Marrakech ariary. It is preferable to obtain a visa before travel.
• Tanzania: A visa is obtained on arrival for 50 US dollars
• Rwanda: A visa is obtained on arrival for a period of 30 days for 30 US dollars
• Burkina Faso: 7-day visa on arrival for 10,000 to 35,000 CFA Francs
• Uganda: A 3-month visa is obtained upon arrival for $50
• Zambia: Visa on arrival costs $50
4. A visa is required before travel
• South Sudan: A visa must be obtained from the South Sudanese Embassy in Cairo
• Libya: A visa must be obtained from the Libyan embassy in Egypt
