When are real estate ownership certificates issued in Saudi Arabia 1445?
The General Real Estate Authority in Saudi Arabia announced the date of issuing real estate ownership instruments and the method of applying to own real estate.
The date for issuing real estate ownership bonds in the Kingdom the General Secretariat of Committees has reviewed applications for real estate ownership, and is working to support the completion of procedures for proving real estate ownership, as the beneficiaries will be contacted after the completion of the final study of the applications.
Conditions for owning a property via the Ahkam platform:
It is necessary for the applicant to have a final ownership deed if the application has fulfilled the procedures related to the deed of title or the request for amendment.
The applicant must submit the application.
The property must not have been granted by the living by the grant order issued pursuant to the order.
The property on which the applicant applied must also not be one of the sites for which it is not permissible to acquire legal ownership.
The necessary forms must also be completed to complete the application in accordance with the stipulated rules and conditions.

Documents required to apply for real estate ownership
The applicant for ownership of a property through the Ihkam platform must have these documents and papers available to him, which are:
Licenses and contracts issued by government agencies, municipal licenses, and service delivery notices.
A document deed of allegiance and dispute, a deed proving ruins, a deed of settlement, proof of jurisdiction, and a deed of reconciliation.
Papers related to neighboring deeds as well as temporary ownership deeds.
Documents of decisions and notaries confirming the seizure of the property and the rulings issued by the courts.
Document granting and feudal order issued by the High Office.
