Cred begins handing over the units of the CLM project, its first project in the New Administrative Capital
Cred announced the start of deliveries of its CLM project, its first project in the New Administrative Capital, which it is developing on an area of 43 acres, as cred begins to deliver the first phase of the project, and the delivery takes place in installments of 100 housing units at the end of August, so that the company will complete its deliveries of the units of this stage successively Until the end of this year 2023.
In this context, Engineer Ahmed Mansour, CEO of cred, expressed his great happiness with this achievement, saying: “Despite the great challenges that we faced in the recent period in light of the global economic crisis, the high prices of construction inputs and the difficulties of import and the resulting large jumps in the construction cost of projects. Our main concern was to do everything we could to continue with the company's plan, and not to affect the steps of implementing our projects, and to preserve what we have gained from the trust of our customers over the years, so cred intensified its efforts to complete the construction and building works in its various projects, including the CLM project, by accelerating the implementation rates The project, while adopting precautionary policies in marketing it through a daily study of market variables, to avoid disturbances and price increases in raw materials and project implementation inputs.
Mansour added: “Today, we assure our customers of our full commitment towards them and start handing over the first units of the project at 100 housing units, with the continuation of deliveries successively. across the country, especially the new administrative capital, the huge national project that drew the attention of all the world to it and became a turning point and attraction for many local and foreign investments.
The CLM project is an integrated residential project with distinction in a vital strategic location in the heart of the Administrative Capital in the R7 region, close to many important services and facilities in the Administrative Capital, including the government district, the financial and business district, and the British Coventry University, in addition to its proximity to the Green River, and it consists of 4 phases and is being sold in 5 phases. The total number of units in the project is 1800 housing units, in addition to 196 administrative and commercial units (Castle Gate Mall), where the first phase of the project includes 476 housing units with various areas ranging from 120 to 250 meters, and the company seeks to work at full capacity in all stages of the project for completion. Including and handing over according to their schedules, in order to complete the delivery of the entire project units in 2024.

In addition to the residential area, CLM includes an integrated commercial area, which is the "Castle Gate" Mall, which is built on an area of 20 acres, with a total investment of 700 million pounds, and the number of units 196 units, whose activities vary between commercial and administrative, with various areas ranging from 65 to 220 square meters for commercial and administrative areas. A fixed area of 50 square meters, and construction work has already begun in Castle Gate Mall, and it is planned to finish pouring concrete during the current year 2023, and then continue to complete the construction of the commercial area, in light of cred’s ambitious plan to complete its current projects and expand its future projects in various parts of the country.
