The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund announced the opening of applications for residential units for the supplementary announcement “Housing for All Egyptians 3” in 18 governorates, with a number of apartments of 130,000 units, and applications continue until Thursday, January 4, 2024.

- No payments will be made at this time

- Installments range between 410 and 476 pounds for apartments whose prices start at 194 thousand pounds, and installments range from 445 to 511 pounds for apartments whose prices reach 207 thousand pounds.

Conditions for applying for delivery units after 36 months

1. Those wishing to reserve the residential unit with the delivery system after 36 months, in the complementary project “Housing for All Egyptians 3”, will be required to complete the serious reservation deposit required to be paid in the amount of 6 thousand pounds.

2. The amount must be paid at one of the automated post offices during the announcement period

3. The applicant must pay a 35-pound application transfer fee

4. The applicant must make quarterly payments starting 3 months after the advertisement is closed and for a period of 3 years

5. The payment amount is 6 thousand pounds

6. The prices of residential apartments in the delivery system, after 36 months, start from 500 thousand pounds and reach up to 530 thousand pounds depending on the location of the unit.

7. Apartment prices can be increased by 15% if the prices of building materials increase

8. The minimum income of the applicant for these apartments is required to be 3,500 pounds

9. Installments range between 1,750 and 2,230 pounds, depending on the applicant’s income and the financing period.
