2. The prices of Egypt’s housing apartments in the city of October Gardens recorded 6530 pounds per square meter, while the 115-meter apartment recorded 738 thousand pounds, in addition to 36 thousand maintenance deposits.
3. The prices of Egypt’s housing apartments in the new city of Minya recorded 4205 pounds per square meter, while the 115-meter apartment recorded 507 thousand pounds, including 44,000 maintenance deposits.
4. The prices of Egypt's housing apartments in the city of New Cairo recorded a meter price of 7685 pounds, while the apartment of 115 meters recorded 883 thousand pounds, of which 44 thousand were a maintenance deposit.
