The third project, which is the distinguished housing apartments, offers 1,180 fully finished residential units, distributed in the cities of New Obour and New Assiut, with areas ranging from 63 to 93 square meters.

In the city of New Assiut, the area is 63 square meters, which is a unified area for all units. The price per square meter was 6520 pounds, with the value of the unit reaching 410 thousand pounds, and the seriousness of the reservation is 50 thousand pounds.
After the allocation, the serious reservation advance of 20% is completed, where 38 thousand pounds are paid, then at the time of receipt, 41 thousand pounds are paid.
