It can be said that the marketing and promotional thought that is currently being implemented in El Alamein and the North Coast, as well as the idea of the El Alamein Festival, helped attract 1.5 million visitors to this region during the summer season, including Egyptians, Arabs, and foreign tourists, and indeed there is a great demand on the North Coast and El Alamein now.

He explained that the establishment of a real estate exhibition within the activities of El Alamein, highlighting and promoting it will also be an element of attraction for this region, and it will be a nucleus for the new city of El Alamein to be a destination for conference tourism in general.

Eng. Daker Abdullah, member of the Real Estate Investment Division of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, suggested Establishing exhibitions for the export of Egyptian real estate, especially since visitors to El Alamein have financial surpluses that enable them to buy real estate with the aim of residing in it or investing in it, and both are available in various real estate projects in Egypt.

Abdullah stressed the need to invest in this large presence, and to include within the El Alamein Festival the idea of a real estate exhibition that will be fixed annually during the summer season, with the aim of marketing Egyptian real estate, whether in the coast and El Alamein or in all cities of Egypt, such as the administrative capital, October, Zayed, El Shorouk, El Obour, and others.

Billions of investments

The new city of El Alamein is one of the cities that attract investments in Egypt in recent years.

This is due to its privileged location and large area, and its sophisticated design to provide many service, entertainment and residential projects.

The city is expected to attract investments worth billions of pounds from all over the world, as the state offers various opportunities to encourage investors by offering a large number of lands and residential and commercial units for sale at reasonable prices for young and small investors.

Where is New Alamein City located?

The New Alamein City is located in a privileged location within the administrative borders of Marsa Matrouh Governorate, 48 kilometers from the Alexandria-Matrouh International Road.

The city is divided into three main areas, the first tourist area on the Mediterranean coast, the second south of Alexandria Matrouh Road, and the third, the historical and archaeological area of the El Alamein cemeteries.
