Expatriate labor registration service

At the present time, the expatriate worker will need to join specific institutions and companies, provided by the expatriate labor registration service, and expatriate workers will not be allowed to obtain a commercial record or work in specialized professions except after licensing to practice the profession by the relevant authorities.

The expatriate will not be able to come to Bahrain to work before obtaining an official work permit by the employer, knowing that the expatriates are not allowed to Bahrain under the visit visa to obtain a permission to work.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that some travel and tourism agencies facilitate the arrival of Egyptian citizens to the Kingdom of Bahrain through a tourist visa for the purpose of searching for work, which is contrary to the law of the State of Bahrain, and citizens are subjected to prosecution to their violation of the tourism visa and residency in an illegal way, in addition to paying financial fines and deportation The final for the Kingdom.
