New conditions

She confirmed that the new announcement will be soon, which is about offering units to supplement the number of applicants who were not lucky in the previous announcement and were considered out of priority.

She pointed out that nearly 13,000 units were offered in New October City, with more than 95,000 checkpoints, but we are trying to accommodate all applicants.

Mai Abdel Hamid explained new conditions will be announced and there will be new pricing for the units, but we are trying to address the high price by increasing the value of the direct subsidy, in addition to the interest subsidy, which is reduced.
