The Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and Cities Sector explained that since the start of providing services through the technology centers, 4.4 million transactions for citizens have been dealt with. and the number of services provided on the authority's electronic portal is about 40 services.
Zahrat Al-Asimah
In another context, Dr. Asim Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, through the Badr City Development Authority, followed up the procedures for the initial delivery of a number of housing units for state employees moving to the new administrative capital (Zahrat Al-Asimah).
The first phase, which includes 376 buildings with 9042 housing units, in Badr City, pointing out that the project includes 3 schools, 2 nurseries, 2 bakeries, 2 medical centers, 4 commercial markets, playgrounds and places of worship.
Facilities and services
Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar stressed the necessity of facilitating the procedures for state employees moving to the Administrative Capital to receive their units allocated to them with full facilities and services.

Housing project
Engineer Ammar Mandour, head of the Badr City Authority, stressed the facilitation of all procedures within the headquarters of the agency, as a number of customer service employees in the agency were assigned to deal with state employees assigned to these units to quickly complete all procedures from applying to the water, electricity and gas meters and handing them the unit receipt minutes.
It should be noted that the staff housing project in the New Administrative Capital "phase two" in Badr City includes 196 buildings with 4,704 units, and that asphalt works and the cultivation of green spaces are currently underway at the site.
The implementation rate of the buildings exceeded 89% of the project, and the electricity works were carried out at an advanced rate, and the cables were supplied in the project, in addition to the utilities works (water, sewage, irrigation, and chopping roads) and roads.
