Emir of Qatar ignites social media with a dance

The Emir of Qatar sparked controversy on the social media because of his dance with the leaders of the state in the Qatar National Day Celebrations

The state of Qatar marks its National Day with messages of unity and triumph from state officials, including Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.

Doha, which is set to close the FIFA World Cup 2022 on the same day, will also see a series of celebrations under the slogan “Our unity is the source of our strength”.

"Arda" Dance

yesterday, the Qatari Amir took part in the Arda performance – a traditional sword dance, which was held in the courtyard of Lusail Palace.

Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim affirmed that the National Day was a celebration of the achievements of Qatar since it was founded.

Twitter pioneers interacted with dancing with swords, with the participation of the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad, and his father, as well as political and sports leaders (in one of the most prominent manifestations of the celebration of the National Day in Qatar).

The pioneers of the communication sites praised the participation of the Emir and his compatriots in occasion of the National Day of the State. 

On a connected level Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the Saudi Entertainment Authority, presented a gift to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and the Qatari people, on the occasion of the success of the World Cup, represented in a song that the pioneers of social media interacted with.

And co Turki Al-Sheikh Through his official account on “Twitter”, a video clip entitled “Glory and Glory to You Tamim”, praising the Emir of Qatar and the Qatari people.

In it, he says, “His country has become a Source of pride and great glory.”

Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the Saudi Entertainment Authority, attached a comment to the video, in which he said: “A dedication to His Highness the Prince Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani And to the brotherly people of Qatar, and God willing, we will celebrate the end of one of the most beautiful cups in the world".

It is noteworthy that the State of Qatar celebrates today, corresponding to the eighteenth of December every year, the anniversary of its founding in the year 1878 by the founder, Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Thani (1826-1913), and this day is considered an official holiday in the country.
