April 30..The last date for registering for the electronic bill

Mokhtar Tawfiq, head of the Egyptian Tax Authority, confirmed that, according to the directives of the Minister of Finance, to extend the registration period for individual entities in the electronic bill system to April 30, 2023.

The Tax Authority provides the possibility of registering in the electronic bill system for individual entities in tax missions without the need for an electronic stamp until April 30, 2023.

The “electronic bill” is not linked to paying the tax or being subject to any type of tax, and that the declaration and payment of the tax is through electronic declarations according to the legal dates prescribed for the type of each tax.

Mukhtar Tawfiq indicated that the Tax Authority provides free technical support to join the electronic fountain system through mobile car campaigns that are present two days a week in various governorates of the Republic.

• Trained workers on the electronic billing system

The cars are equipped with workers trained in the electronic billing system, and equipped with two technical support workers in the computer branches.
