She added that savings certificates are still a very popular investment method, explaining that their profits are guaranteed because individuals invest with banks, which also makes it a safe method, but the coming period is more suitable for gold and real estate.

Muhammad Abu Assi, an economic expert, believes that investing in gold is the best safe investment method for individuals’ surplus funds, pointing out that it is superior to saving in real estate, explaining that this is due to the ease of investing in it in terms of the process of buying, selling, as well as keeping it, in contrast to investing in real estate.
