Egypt has unique monuments, and every person wishes to visit them, and therefore any new tourism pattern aims to encourage an increase in the numbers on the land of Egypt.

Ali Ghoneim, a member of the Council of the Egyptian Federation of Tourist Chambers, confirmed that diversification in tourism patterns increases the number of tourists coming to Egypt, and thus, the Egyptian income.

He pointed out that India is famous for holding parties, as it has very rich categories and can spend lavishly in different countries such as Turkey and others.

Ghoneim added, "We aim to attract this type of tourism to increase national income and promote this type of tourism. Egypt is rich in multiple tourism patterns and expanding patterns, and it will not be limited to weddings, safari or yachts."

Developing and raising the efficiency of visitor services

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities works to develop and raise the efficiency of visitor services at archaeological sites and museums.

In February 2022, the work of the first phase of providing visitor services to  10  archaeological sites and  2  museums in Aswan was completed, funded by the commercial sponsorship of "INERTIA" Abu Simbel Temples - Philae Temples - Kom Ombo Temple - The Unfinished Obelisk - Kalabsha Temple - Edfu Temple - Jabal Al-Silsilah - Suhail Island - Amada Temples - Seboua Temples - Crocodile Museum - Nuba Museum.

Also, 20  electric cars were operated in the Valley of the Kings and Deir el-Bahari, and  3  electric cars in the Abu Simbel temples, as part of the partnerships to provide and operate services for 360.

The first stage of development work

The development work included the provision of insurance devices, the development of visitor centers, the provision of toilets, informative and informative boards, brochures, Braille boards, television screens, films, umbrellas, seats for visitors, access paths for people of determination, and triple garbage separation bins.

The second stage of development

Last May, the work of the second phase of providing visitor services to  10  archaeological sites and 2 museums in Aswan was completed, funded by the commercial sponsorship of “INERTIA”.

In September, the trial operation of the visitor center gates on Fayoum Road, the Khufu restaurant, internal tours of the region for groups and individuals, the operation of a group of environmentally friendly electric buses and cars, and 7 main visitation stations with integrated services for visitors and a parking lot for cars and buses.

This comes within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between the Supreme Council of Antiquities and Orascom Pyramids for Projects to develop, operate and raise the efficiency of services provided to visitors in the Giza pyramids area.

The work of the third phase of providing visitor services to 10 archaeological sites and 2 museums in Aswan has been completed, funded by the commercial sponsorship of “INERTIA” .

In November, the review, audit, implementation and installation of 34 exploratory and explanatory panels for the Carter House were completed in cooperation with the American Research Center “ARCE”.
