Marsa Alam Airport receives thousands of tourists of different nationalities through 10 flights coming from the airports of Germany, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
This is among the 80 flights scheduled to arrive at Marsa Alam Airport this week.

The Information Center added that the total number of tourist arrivals to Egypt this year is expected to reach 11.6 million, an increase of 46.0% on an annual basis from 7.9 million tourists in 2022.
By 2026, the total number of arrivals in Egypt is expected to reach 14.0 million arrivals, which is higher than the pre-pandemic peak of 13.0 million arrivals.
As for international tourism revenues to Egypt, agency “fitch” expects them to reach $13.6 billion (EGP 329.0 billion) in 2023, an increase of 17.7% year-on-year.
According agency ”fitch” the end of 2026, total international tourism receipts are expected to reach US$17.9 billion (EGP 469.0 billion).
