In good news for citizens, Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, announced that today, Sunday, registration will start on the website of the Housing and Development Bank to reserve 2,291 housing units, in the "distinguished housing" project of a coastal nature.

The Ministry of Housing offered its share in this project, which was implemented by a private sector company, and registration continues until Thursday, February 16, 2023.
Reservation dates for housing units
Reservation of the "distinguished housing" units starts from tomorrow, Monday, from ten in the morning until 11:59 in the evening.
On Tuesday, the reservation of “Katameya Gardens” units starts from 10 am next Wednesday, until 11:59 pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023, and the allocation is made on the first-come-first-served basis online.
Areas and numbers of housing apartments
A source in the Housing and Development Bank said that the Ministry of Housing announced the offering of 1971 housing units in the distinguished housing project of a coastal nature, with areas ranging from 90 to 109 square meters, in 4 new cities, "New Rashid - New Mansoura - New Damietta - New Alamein", in addition to offering 500 housing units in the "Kattameya Gardens" project.
Apartment reservation provider
The seriousness of the reservation amount for the “privileged housing of a coastal nature” unit amounts to 60,000 pounds.
For “Katameya Gardens” units, 100 thousand pounds, in addition to registration fees.
The payment of 20%, in addition to “1% administrative expenses 5.0% for the benefit of the Board of Trustees” of the total unit price, will be completed within a month starting from 03/26/2023, until 05/04/2023.
10% of the total unit price is paid upon receipt, and 70% (the rest of the unit price) is paid in equal quarterly installments for 3, 5, or 7 years, bearing interest.
