During the first week of its launch, the Real Estate Exchange affiliated with the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia witnessed the trading of about 61 million square meters of real estate in various regions of the Kingdom.

  The total number of deals reached 17 thousand deals, with a value exceeding 17 billion riyals ($4.5 billion).

The stock exchange provides its services around the clock, the most prominent of which is real estate trading, buying and selling, in addition to sorting and merging services with real estate identity and instrument updating services, in addition to mortgage services and everything related to them.

The Ministry of Justice stated that real estate owners who have not updated their “paper” real estate deeds can benefit from the deed update service provided through the stock exchange, as the updated real estate deed (free of impediments and restrictions) is automatically included among the available properties in the list of real estate offers, and beneficiaries can view on their updated real estate properties when entering real estate inquiries, then selecting owned properties.

The Real Estate Stock Exchange also provides a set of daily indicators of the value of real estate transactions in the cities and neighborhoods of the Kingdom that are available for trading, as they can be displayed chronologically at the level of the hour, day, week, month, year, or the entire historical period of the transactions since the beginning of their electronic registration.
