Implementation of thousands of housing units for low-income people in the 10th of Ramadan

Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, stated that thousands of housing units are being implemented for low- and middle-income citizens, as part of the presidential initiative, "housing for all Egyptians", in the 10th of Ramadan City.

The minister indicated that there is a continuous follow-up of the executive position of the units, as well as the services associated with them, to encourage the beneficiaries of the units to expedite housing.

Stressing that the 10th of Ramadan City always witnesses a high demand for booking these units, and the occupancy rate in the units is high social housing.

Engineer Alaa Manea, head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Agency, said that the implementation of 21 buildings is underway, with 504 housing units for low-income “social housing” units in the 12th district, as part of the presidential initiative, housing all Egyptians.

Workers completing the implementation of the housing project for all Egyptians within the fourth phase in the east and west of Al-Andalus neighborhood, a model of 90 square meters per unit, as well as completing the implementation of project 298 building “housing for all Egyptians” in Al-Narges neighborhood, the fourth phase.

This is within the framework of continuous follow-up, advancing workflow at sites, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications during implementation.

The head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority stressed that the business companies need to work at full capacity in all locations and quickly pay performance rates to complete the work within the specified time.
