Hilton aims to operate 76 new hotels in Egypt and Saudi Arabia before 2030

Hilton Vice President of Development in the Middle East and Africa, Carlos Khneisser, said that the global group aims to operate 76 hotels in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, within a period ranging between 3 and 6 years.
He added, in a statement, today, Tuesday, November 21, 2023, that the Hilton Group currently manages 16 hotels in Egypt, and is contracted to manage 15 hotels under construction.
Managing new hotels in Egypt
He added that Hilton is close to signing new hotel management contracts in Egypt before the end of this year, bringing the total number of hotels it already manages and under construction to 35 hotels.
He explained that the hotels managed by Hilton in Egypt are distributed in Cairo and the cities of Marsa Alam and Sharm El-Sheikh, and the group aims to expand in the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, and the North Coast, according to Khneisser.
Opening new hotels in Cairo
Hilton's Vice President for Development in the Middle East and Africa indicated that his company will finish opening the Waldorf Astoria Heliopolis Hotel in Cairo during the current year, in addition to its efforts to open the Hilton Nile Maadi Hotel at the end of this year or early next year.
Khneisser revealed that Hilton intends to open two hotels in Cairo during the year 2024, in addition to the Hilton Tower Hotel in the New Administrative Capital at the end of 2026.
