Great demand from citizens to buy brochures for housing apartments in 4 new cities

The building of the General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives witnessed a great demand for the purchase of the specifications for housing units that were presented by the General Authority for Construction and Housing Cooperatives in 4 new cities in the projects of "The Pearl of New Cairo - The Pearl of October - The Pearl of Badr - The Pearl of the Tenth of Ramadan".

A large turnout of citizens to buy brochures:

The areas of the apartments in this offering range from 95 sqm: 155 sqm, and this came on the first day of opening the door for withdrawing the specifications for the offered housing units.

The Public Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives indicated, in a statement, that the high demand for purchasing bidding documents reflects the confidence of citizens wishing to obtain housing units within the authority’s projects in several cities, adding that the coming period will witness development in various services and activities.

The Public Authority emphasized that there are great payment facilities with multiple methods and great privileges for immediate payment and installments up to 10 years.

The General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives stated that the conditions and specifications brochure will be obtained from today, Monday 6/12/2023, until Tuesday, corresponding to 6/27/2023, at the authority’s main headquarters at the address: Samir Abdel Raouf Street - Extension of Makram Ebeid - Nasr City.

The authority indicated that a lottery will be held for the public allocation of housing units among the applicants, according to the statement contained in the booklet of conditions for each project in the El Alamein Club in front of the authority’s main headquarters at 3 Samir Abdel Raouf Street - Extension of Makram Ebeid - Nasr City.

General requirements for applying for housing apartments:

- The declaration attached to the brochure shall be submitted by the concerned person personally or by means of a power of attorney documented in the notary.

- The housing units are allocated by the public lottery system, and the result of the lottery is final and may not be modified or objected to.

- When filling out the data for the application to enter the public lottery, he must mention the area of the housing unit on which he wishes to enter the lottery.

- Whoever contracts a housing unit undertakes to use it for housing for himself and his family and is prohibited from disposing of it by selling, renting or changing its activity except after taking the relevant procedures in this regard by the Authority

- In the event that one of the winners of the public lottery submits a request to recover the amounts paid, the procedures will be canceled and an amount of 4000 pounds administrative expenses will be deducted.

- In the event of refunding the amounts paid for any reason, a letter shall be submitted with the bank account number of the customer personally, in whose name the reservation was made, to transfer the refunded amounts to him.

- The advertisement and the conditions brochure are an integral part of the sale contract and complement its provisions.
