For 60,000 EGP.. Offering residential apartments next January for all Egyptians

The Ministry of Housing announced the offering of more than 22,000 housing units in some new cities, with the projects “Egypt’s housing – Dar Misr – Jannah – distinguished housing of a coastal nature – Kattameya Gardens.”

Reservation of housing units

Engineer Hatem Hassan, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Commercial and Real Estate Affairs, explained that the allocation is based on the “online” reservation system, through the Housing and Development Bank’s website https://www.hdb-reservation.com/

Reservation conditions for obtaining an apartment from housing:

·        The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality

·        The age of the applicant shall not be less than 21 years.

-        The family (husband, wife, and minor children) is not entitled to apply to reserve more than one unit.

-        Not to have previously allocated a piece of land for social housing.

·        Not to have previously allocated a housing unit within the social housing project, or a housing unit in the "Dar Misr" or "Sakan Misr" project, to him or to one of his family members (husband, wife, and children), in any of the new cities, whether it was in his possession or assignment, about it to others.

·        The applicant or the family (husband / wife / children) should not have benefited from a cooperative loan or support from the National Housing Project or one of the public agencies that provide support to obtain a housing unit.

Application details in social housing units

• Paradise housing

10,872 housing units were offered in the "Jannah" project, with areas ranging from 100 to 161 square meters, in 6 new cities, "6th of October - Sheikh Zayed - New Damietta - New Cairo - New Mallawi - New Mansoura", with a reservation down payment of 100 thousand pounds.

• Dar Misr Housing

Offering 512 housing units in the “Dar Misr” project, with areas ranging from 100 to 150 square meters, in 4 new cities, “May 15th – Obour – New Damietta – New Burj Al Arab”, with a reservation down payment of 80,000 pounds.

·        Egypt apartments

Offering 8,660 housing units in the “Sakan Misr” project, with areas ranging from 106 to 133 square meters, in 11 new cities: “New October – New Cairo – New Obour – Hadayek October – New Minya – Shorouk – New Mansoura – New Damietta – West Qena – Nasser West Assiut - New Alamein, with a reservation of 70,000 pounds. “

·        Outstanding housing

The allocation of 1971 housing units in the distinguished housing project of a coastal nature, with areas ranging from 90 to 109 square meters, in 4 new cities: “New Rashid – New Mansoura – New Damietta – New Alamein”, with a reservation of 60 thousand pounds.

·        Katameya Gardens apartments

Allocating 500 housing units in the “Katameya Gardens” project in New Cairo, which is one of the partnership projects with the private sector, with areas ranging from 90 to 125 square meters, with a reservation down payment of 100,000 pounds.
