Many widows and divorcees are looking for the opportunity to obtain stable housing, and after offering the new housing, "housing for all Egyptians 4".
Some of them are searching for the conditions required for widows and divorced women to obtain an apartment from the housing within the new offering.
According to the conditions document, widows are entitled to obtain housing units, within the Ministry's projects, under several conditions:

Submission of official certificates proving marital status.
Submission of birth certificates for minor children, an automated national number, an automated family record, and the number of family members.
Provide a certified printer with pension data from the insurance.
- Copies of official certificates proving the marital status and the number of family members (death document, birth certificates for minor children, a computerized national number, and a computerized family record). Except for "bachelor-divorce-widow".
- A recent utility receipt for the current place of residence (gas, electricity or water).
In the event of a cash contract
It is sufficient to complete the valid national ID card of the applicant and his spouse, the form and the declaration, and in the event of renunciation of the contract in cash and the desire to contract with the real estate financing system, he shall complete all the papers referred to above.
The reservation
The amount of the seriousness of the reservation, according to the booklet of conditions, is 50.000 EGP, in addition to 500 EGP administrative expenses.
The price of the units is paid through two systems, either in cash or by the real estate financing system, with an interest rate of 7% over a period of up to 20 years, and the reservation provider is 20% of the unit price.
About 50.000 EGP are paid to complete the contract, so that the total amount paid until receipt is about 100.000 EGP, according to the booklet of conditions.
