1- New housing proposals for all Egyptians will start during the last quarter of 2023.
2- The offering will take place after the final plans are finalized.
3- The apartments are expected to be delivered between 18 and 36 months, depending on the implementation schedule.
Conditions for housing apartments for all Egyptians
1- The age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years.
2- The age of the applicant should not exceed 51 years.
3- The age of the pensioners should not exceed 75 years as a maximum.
4- 4- The applicant must not have benefited from the state's proposals before, whether housing units or plots of land.
5- Submit proof of a salary of not less than 2,700 pounds and not more than 7,000 pounds, whether you are single or married.
6- An old residence document in proportion to the available units in the nearest new city, whether the place of residence or place of work.
7- Ensure that the applicant is not on the iScore list.
The papers required to reserve housing apartments for all Egyptians
1- Submit a copy of the national identity card of the applicant and his spouse (valid).
2- Submit the marriage certificate.
3- Submit the children's birth certificate.
4- Submission of income proof documents, and the mentioned income is the net monthly income.
5- If the applicant is married, he must submit the items of the wife’s salary, and if she is not working, a declaration stating that is submitted.
6- Submit a receipt for payment of the reservation provider and registration fees.
7- Submitting any documents related to additional sources of income (extra work - agricultural property, real estate or land - exceptional pension or otherwise - owning any bonds, shares, deposits, savings vessels, savings accounts or any securities that generate additional income).
For professionals, freelancers, commercial and craft activities:
Submitting a certificate from an accredited chartered accountant showing the annual or monthly net income, indicating the applicant's profession.
Submitting a copy of the commercial register or tax card for the owners of professions and commercial and craft activities.
Submitting a social insurance certificate (if any) showing the profession and the insurance wage, or a copy of the union card or union subscription.
For widows, divorcees and pensioners:
1- Provide a certified printer with pension data from the insurance.
2- Provide a recent utility receipt for the current place of residence (electricity, gas or water).
In the event that a reservation has been made in a social housing project without privatization and benefit:
1- Submitting a document stating that the applicant has withdrawn the seriousness of the reservation with the previous announcement.
