Date of handing over the staff housing in Badr
Badr City Authority finishes the first phase of housing the employees of the Administrative Capital.
The government is working to provide apartments for employees in the Administrative Capital for workers in government departments and ministries in the government district.
The housing consists of apartments within the Egypt housing project in Badr City, the closest city to the New Administrative Capital, as it is only 15 km away.

In related context Eng. Abdul Muttalib Mamdouh, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority, for the Cities Development Sector, and Eng. Kamal Bahgat, Assistant Vice President of the Authority, held a meeting with all officials of the housing, utilities and gas companies in the presence of Eng. Ammar Mandour, Head of the Badr City Authority, and officials of the Authority and the project.
This meeting is related to operating in the employee housing project in the New Administrative Capital, the second phase of 196 buildings comprising 47,040 units in Badr City.

Project Description
The implementation of 376 buildings with a total of 9,024 housing units for workers in the Administrative Capital has been completed at a cost of 3.2 billion pounds. The building consists of a ground floor and 5 typical floors, and one floor includes 4 units with a total of 24 housing units in each building.
The unit consists of 3 rooms and a hall, fully finished and services, with a total area of 118 square meters, and this aims to provide an integrated life for the employees of the Administrative Capital within the city.
