Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, inaugurated the Al-Ahram “Real Estate” exhibition, which was organized by the Al-Ahram Foundation in the Great Conference Hall in Nasr City.

The Minister of Housing confirmed that the Al-Ahram exhibition is one of the most important real estate exhibitions and enjoys great confidence and credibility. Therefore, it continues annually and periodically without stopping, pointing out that real estate exhibitions are a good tool for marketing the various real estate products spread in all regions of the Republic.

Support to the real estate sector

He added that he is keen to provide all support to the real estate sector, including real estate exhibitions, because in addition to its role in marketing real estate projects, it is an effective tool when it is established abroad, as it contributes to the success of the real estate export file and the promotion of Egyptian real estate abroad, which is what distinguishes the Al-Ahram exhibition, as it is also organized.

The activities of the Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition started on Thursday, July 27 and continued until Sunday, July 30, in the presence of the journalist, Maged Mounir, editor-in-chief of Al-Ahram Gate and Al-Ahram Al-Masa’i, and Representative Tariq Shoukry, Undersecretary of the Housing Committee in the House of Representatives.

After the opening, Dr. Walid Abbas and journalist Abdul Mohsen Salama visited the exhibition pavilions and listened to an explanation from the developers of the various projects.

The exhibition was held on a large area of 10,000 square meters. More than 20 major real estate development companies participated in the exhibition, displaying about 70 projects with various residential, commercial and administrative activities. The exhibition offers unprecedented price offers and payment facilities.

The exhibition was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities and includes a group of the most prominent real estate companies operating in the Egyptian real estate market, whose projects vary between residential, commercial, administrative, medical, tourism and hotel projects in various regions of the Republic such as the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, the North Coast and Ain Sukhna. And Nasr City, Maadi, Alexandria, New Alamein, and a number of other new cities in Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt.

This year, the exhibition witnessed great offers and surprises in terms of prices and payment systems presented by the exhibiting companies, which compete with each other to attract the largest number of customers and market the largest number of their various real estate products offered during the exhibition, which include various residential, commercial and service units, villas and chalets of different sizes.

In related context, Khaled Sabry Holding Real Estate Development Company announced its participation in the activities of the Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition, He pointed out that the “Rosail City” project is an integrated residential city located on an area of 56 acres in “Mostaqbal City” in New Cairo.
