After developing a marketing plan.. 6 reasons behind the failure of projects

In a world where people spend more than three hours a day on the Internet, companies of all kinds have no choice but to use e-marketing to promote their products.

Although many consider e-marketing, with its plans, methods, and tools, as a diving into the unknown, all successful models in it did not start from a hundred, but as all the beginnings started from scratch.

Digital marketing based on communicating with existing and potential customers through digital content channels and the Internet.

What is Digital marketing?
Digital marketing refers to all forms of marketing that are offered via online channels such as social media platforms, email, websites, mobile apps, and search engines.  Brands use digital marketing strategies to connect with their existing and potential customers, promote their products and services, and build their public image online.  The goals of digital marketing are to increase brand awareness, convert new customers, and build relationships with existing customers to encourage brand loyalty.  To achieve these goals, digital marketers make use of a variety of digital assets, such as images, videos, logos, and icons.

In light of the spread of e-marketing operations, Abdul Rahman al-Sayed, a digital marketing consultant, said that in recent years, e-marketing has become closely linked to practical and social life.

He explained that if a marketing plan is not developed properly, the project may face several problems that may lead to the destruction of the project and the failure of the idea.

Reasons for project failure

• The first problems facing projects is not studying the market, and knowing the extent to which the market needs the product to be promoted.

• There are many who may spend a long time with more effort in promoting a good or service without studying the market.

• Employing people who are not suitable for work, which costs them expenses without an appropriate return.

• Weak concentration of the person responsible for the project, and this is by performing more than one task at the same time, which causes delays, and the product may not come out from the ground up in the end.

• The main result of any product is to sell it, using a highly qualified sales team, relying on good faith and that the market is eagerly waiting for the product until the ultimate goal of the project is achieved and the product or service is sold.

• For projects that have more than one partner, they may stumble due to the lack of equal attention from all partners. There may be one or two people who bear all the burden of the implementation stages, and this causes pressure on them that may make them work, but not with the same vigor and activity.
