“urban communities” Allocating 88 plots of land in 23 cities for the establishment of new projects
The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority approved, in its meeting chaired by Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, To allocate 88 plots of land in 23 new cities, to establish projects with a variety of activities, namely (integrated urbanization - mixed urbanization - private universities - schools - hospital - bakery - churches, medical, commercial, administrative, residential, industrial, agricultural, hotel and recreational activities).
Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, said:
• In the city of New Cairo, 17 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (integrated urban - mixed urban - private university - administrative commercial - residential - car service and maintenance center).
• In the 10th of Ramadan City, two plots of land have been allocated, with activities (industrial - agricultural yard).
• In Sheikh Zayed City, 9 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (integrated urban - commercial, administrative, entertainment - medical).
• In the 6th of October City, 7 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (private university - administrative commercial - commercial hotel - administrative)
• In Sadat City, 10 plots of land have been allocated for activities (commercial, administrative, medical, commercial, residential, hospital, agricultural),
• In El Shorouk City, 5 plots of land have been allocated for activities (commercial and administrative).
• In Badr City, 3 plots of land were allocated for activities (commercial-administrative), and in Obour City, 3 plots of land were allocated for activities (integrated urban-entertainment-administrative-tourism-commercial-nursery)
• in New Damietta City, two plots of land were allocated for activities (urban-commercial).
• In the new city of Obour, a plot of land has been allocated for activities (commercial, administrative and residential)
• In the October Gardens city, 5 plots of land have been allocated for activities (social club - bakery - commercial - medical - gas station).
• In New October City, 4 plots of land have been allocated, with activities (industrial - commercial and administrative).
• In the New Alamein City, a plot of land has been allocated for (commercial) activity,
• in the New Mansoura City, a plot of land has been allocated for (school) activity.
• In the new city of Beni Suef, a plot of land has been allocated for (industrial) activity.
• In the new city of Thebes, 5 plots of land have been allocated for (commercial - administrative - residential) activities.
• In the new city of Fayoum, 3 plots of land have been allocated for activities (nursing home - school - church).
• In the new city of Assiut, two plots of land have been allocated for activities (residential and commercial - car service and maintenance).
• In the new city of Akhmim, two plots of land have been allocated for (commercial) activities, a plot of land was allocated for an activity (church),
• In the new city of Salhia, a plot of land was allocated for an activity (church).
The Minister of Housing indicated that the Board of Directors of the Authority also agreed to give sports and social clubs a year to complete the issuance of licenses, and implement all facilities on the plots of land allocated to them in the new cities.
