- In the engineering sector, Radix contracted with “ARCHRETE” as an engineering consultant for its projects during the coming period, because it represents a consulting house with high experience in the Administrative Capital projects.

-Radix signed a memorandum of understanding with ” Schneider Electric Egypt”, to provide technical and technical solutions for providing a smart, sustainable and environmentally friendly real estate product, as this cooperation contributes to setting a different footprint for the company's projects.

-With regard to construction and building, Radix contracted with “UCAC” Advanced Contracting Company for implementation works, to achieve the highest quality rates for the real estate product using the latest construction and building technologies.

- Radix has contracted with the international “REMAX” company as a business development consultant for its projects, as it is one of the largest business development and real estate appraisal consulting companies in the world.

- With regard to the financial aspect, Radix contracted with “Itqan” company as a financial and commercial consultant for the company's projects, so that it supports feasibility studies that guarantee all the company's customers the highest expected profitability.

An integrated residential project

In the company's latest projects in the Administrative Capital, Radix completed the contracting procedures for an integrated urban residential project, with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, in the residential neighborhood R-8.
