Starting of handing over the units of the third phase of “Sakan Misr” in Obour

Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, stated that the New Obour City Development Authority will start from next Sunday until Thursday, August 19, in handing over the units of the third phase of the Misr housing project in the new city of Obour, it is scheduled to deliver 18 buildings in an area of 2,600 acres, in specific days, according to the advertiser from the city agency.

Unit deliveries start on Sunday

Engineer Ahmed Ali, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, explained that Building Units No. 84 will be delivered on Sunday 8/13/2023, Building Units No. 77 on Tuesday 8/15/2023, and Building Units No. 73 on Sunday 20/8/2023. Building units No. 72, on Tuesday 8/22/2023, building units No. 102, on Sunday 8/27/2023, and building units No. 101, on Tuesday 8/29/2023.

The head of the New Obour City Development Agency added that Building Units No. 100 will be delivered on Sunday 9/3/2023, Building Units No. 130 on Tuesday 9/5/2023, and Building Units No. 78 on Sunday 9/10/2023. And Building Units No. 71, on Tuesday 9/12/2023, and Building Units No. 79, on Sunday 9/17/2023, and Building Units No. 80, on Tuesday 9/19/2023, and Building Units No. 104, on Sunday 9/24/ 2023.

The head of the New Obour City Authority indicated that Building Units No. 103 will be delivered on Tuesday 9/26/2023, Building Units No. 106 on Sunday 10/1/2023, and Building Units No. 105 on Tuesday 10/3/2023 and Building Units No. 129, on Sunday 10/8/2023, and Building Units No. 128, on Tuesday 10/10/2023, and the days were allocated from Sunday 10/15/2023: Thursday 10/19/2023, for those who failed to receive.

He pointing out that customers should go to the Housing and Development Bank, Obour branch, to settle the financial situation and review the city authority with documents to receive the units.

Third Settlement

In related context, The Economic Finance Account at the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities announced the offering of 380 housing units with areas ranging from (130 square meters: 150 square meters) in the Nazha Al-Andalus project “second phase” in the Third Settlement in New Cairo for allocation on a first-come-first-served basis online, through the Housing and Development Bank's website through the link (www.hdb–reservation.com).

The offering terms, reservation method, locations, spaces, prices, and payment method are available on the online booking site, starting from yesterday, Sunday, 6/8/2023, until Tuesday, 8/22/2023 at 11:59 pm, when the data is recorded and the reservation form is filled out during that period. The electronic reservation of the units will be made from 10 am on Sunday 8/27/2023 until 11:59 midnight on Monday 8/28/2023.

In a related context, Eng. Nafisa Hashem, Advisor to the Ministry, Supervisor of the Housing and Utilities Sector at the Ministry of Housing - Chairman of the Committee for Management and Development of the Economic Housing Financing Account, explained that the offering comes in cooperation between the housing and utilities sector, the construction sector and external relations, pointing out that the process of applying for reservation and recording data On the first day, it witnessed a large turnout from citizens, according to the latest position of the Housing and Development Bank, as the offering comes within the framework of the state's strategy that aims to raise the standard of living of the Egyptian citizen and meet the desires of various segments of society in providing housing units.
