Saudi Arabia provides a “visitor investor” visa to all countries of the world
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment, launched the second phase of the “Visitor Investor” business visa issuance service electronically to include all countries of the world.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Investment for Integrated Investor Services, Muhammad Abu Hussein, said that the "visiting investor" visa aims to "provide the opportunity for foreign investors and employees of foreign establishments".
Electronic visit
Apply for an electronic visit visa through the platform affiliated with the Ministry of Investment, “Invest in Saudi Arabia,” through which the application is processed and the visa is issued digitally from the unified national platform for visas affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The visa can be used for a period of up to one year and with multiple entry, and a number of beneficiaries can obtain the visa immediately, for the purpose of visiting the Kingdom and examining investment opportunities.
This quality service comes as a result of concerted efforts and joint cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the aim of providing appropriate services with added value to investors.
Attracting investments
For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular Affairs, Ambassador Ali bin Abdul Rahman Al-Yousef, stated that the Ministry’s launch of this service comes “as part of a package of development projects for consular services, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.”

1. Countries announced on the platform of the Ministry of Investment “Invest in Saudi Arabia”
2. Holders of a “valid” tourist or business visa from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, or one of the Schengen Agreement countries, and it has been used at least once to enter the countries available for the visa.
3. Those who have permanent residency in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, or European Union countries
4. Those who have “valid” residency for a period of no less than three months in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries
5. Those licensed by the Ministry of Investment receive 3 immediate visas per year for each facility.
