Many citizens in the various governorates of the Republic are looking for a date to open the reservation of social housing apartments for 2023, to take advantage of all the facilities provided by the state at subsidized prices for low and middle-income people on a regular basis in various projects.
The Ministry of Housing had announced the offering of 380 luxury housing units in the Nozha Al-Andalus project in the Third Settlement, with areas ranging from 130 to 150 square meters, and reservations will continue until Tuesday, August 22, especially after the reservation door opened last Sunday.
The prices of the residential unit in the Nozha Al-Andalus project in the Third Settlement vary according to the location and area of the unit in the building, consisting of a basement, a garage, a ground floor, and 5 recurring floors, with each floor 4 housing units, as the payment fees for the seriousness of the reservation amount to 100,000 pounds.
Procedures for obtaining a housing unit from the Ministry of Housing:

Real Estate Finance Support Fund
On the other hand, the law exempted the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund from all taxes and fees on loans, bonds and credit facilities granted to the fund to finance projects subject to the provisions of this law.
According to the law, lawsuits filed by the fund in the field of applying all laws and decisions related to the social housing program and supporting and guaranteeing real estate financing activity are also exempted from all judicial expenses and fees, at all levels of litigation.
