1- The applicant must not own any apartments in Thaniya.
2- The applicant must also have a monthly income of no more than 8,000 pounds. It must also be a holder of Egyptian nationality.
3- In order for the beneficiary to be able to obtain these social housing units in a simple way, he must provide registration for those units that are located in the governorate in which he resides.
4- You must provide the birth certificate of the applicant, as well as the marriage contract, in addition to a copy of the national identity card.
