• The new owner must apply to the competent traffic department with a request to transfer the registration on the form prepared for that and with an acceptable document proving the transfer of ownership in accordance with the provisions of Article 214 of the regulations.
• Submission of proof of identity, place of residence and capacity as indicated in Articles 211/213 of the Regulations.
• Submission of proof of fulfillment of the fines adjudged for violating the law for the period from the last license until the date of transfer of the registration.
• Submit proof of payment of taxes and fees due on the vehicle and other financial penalties.
Submit vehicle inspection
• Submit proof of amending the insurance policy from vehicle accidents.
• Examine the vehicle to verify that the data attached to the license and its papers are identical.
