A study conducted by the "Football Benchmark" center based in the Hungarian capital Budapest, confirmed that Manchester City surpassed European clubs in terms of revenue last year, under the management of the United Abu Dhabi Development and Investment Group, with an annual increase of 12%, where the heavenly team collected revenues of approximately 644.9 million Euro ($702.7 million).
Real Madrid
The Spanish royal team, Real Madrid, came next, with total revenues of 640.7 million euros ($698.5 million).
Real Madrid's sources of income are the television broadcast rights for the competitions, the tickets for the matches, and the deals in which the players are sold.
This is in addition to the sales of the team's clothing and equipment around the world, and the club stated in a statement last year that its net debt, not including the stadium development project, reached 263 million euros ($268.7 million) on June 30, 2022.
Paris Saint-Germain in third place
Paris Saint-Germain achieved the third highest revenue with 700 million euros ($763.2 million).

Spanish Barcelona is in fifth place

The Spanish club fell to fourth place behind rival Real Madrid and German League champion Bayern Munich, then followed by the English team Manchester United with revenues amounting to 558 million euros ($608 million).
