The Religious Tourism Committee of the Chamber of Tourism Companies has set several regulatory controls for the Umrah season this year, which included several important points related to the work of Umrah airlines.

  The committee praised the great cooperation of these companies since the beginning of the season until now, which contributed to achieving success and excellence.

  In order to ensure continued success in the Umrah season and the ease and smoothness of transportation of pilgrims throughout the season without problems, the tourism sector seeks to coordinate at the highest level with airlines to ensure the achievement of several advantages.

Umrah rules this year.

1. Regularity of trips.

2. Preserving the rights, comfort and safety of pilgrims.

3. Applying everything related to the work of airlines in transporting pilgrims, according to the controls set by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities for the current season.

4. Umrah controls include an explanation of the mechanisms of airlines' work in transporting pilgrims.

5. Full adherence to travel dates and preserving the rights of travelers in all circumstances

6. The operations of private airlines will continue with the rest of the system of official airlines in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and with tourism companies.

7. The presence of the identification barcode from the Egyptian gate for Umrah, so that the legal procedures are completed to enable the pilgrims to travel by airlines.

8. Obtaining the identification code means the validity of the visa, the safety of travel procedures, and contracting with an approved tourism company, all of which are among the tasks of the Egyptian Portal for Umrah.
